F-250 smashed through Diamond Billiards today, tough loss...

this is a ****ing disgrace. 5 times over the legal limit and ended someones life and destroyed the lives of countless others...

Seven years is it? How old he is should have nothing to do with it.

absolutely agree...

I know and play with a cousin of Ron Gravel, the man who was killed in this pool room. What a shame.

Gulliver should have a miserable time in jail over his total disregard for others.

Yesterday was a difficult Mothers Day for my sister who spent her first Mothers Day without her only child, my nephew Danny, who was killed at age 29 last August by a drunk wrong-way driver. He left behind his wife and their 1 and 3 year old children.

Drinking and driving is selfish.

best,

Was he a regular? And if he was, why would they serve him to the point where he was belligerently drunk? If he was a regular, why did they let him leave the building in that condition? Someone should have called a cab, or did he arrive that intoxicated?

If someone is 5 times the legal limit it usually means they are a very bad alcoholic. If that is the case often times they will not exhibit the signs of being drunk ( although they are of course ).

I think this guy had open containers in his truck. He was refused service and that is why he left and then plowed into the hall.

Read back, but this is correct. He had lots of empties in his truck and came back an hour or more after being removed for groping a female.

Wonder what the 20k fine is for??? The victims life is worth a lot more. They should liquidate all the man's assets , then put him to death. This was murder, plain and simple.

Need to read the whole thread. No need to rehash the sad details. Diamonds was not at fault in the slightest.

He was asked to leave and st in his truck drinking I think and then ran it through the front window. Kinda wish he got his ass kicked for what he did to the lady alone. There's a back door for that.

Regard the other question/statement:
He was served 2 beers and yes a full blown functioning alcoholic.

I'm sure if he had gone to trial he would have gotten a longer sentence. For better or worse 90% of cases like this end up with a deal.

Henry...The $20K is not a fine...it's restitution to the victims and families...and imo it's doubtful that it will ever get paid. I hope I'm wrong. Most felons never pay back their imposed restitution...or do so at a tiny percentage of the total amount imposed by the court. This ***** will never have a drivers license again, so he won't be able to get a job. Still, $20K is a pittance compared to the suffering this asshat caused. He was kicked out for disrespecting the waitresses several times, after being warned. He should have had his ass kicked, and then thrown out.

20K didn't even cover my mom's funeral expenses. $20K fine, he got away with murder.
