F/S Billiard Sanctuary DVD Set

i've never heard of this. what is it a tournament?
Billiard Instructional dvd's by a fruit cake. 
i've never heard of them are they supposed to be any good?
They really aren't bad, but the guy made a fool of himself over on BilliardDigest forum.
It was a whole ordeal with him and the Shuffetts. I probably shouldn't talk about because I don't know all the facts.

Disagreement was over the fact that Tim used Landon in the videos. Then used that to promote the videos and the Shuffets received little to no compensation. that led them to parting ways because Stan was an Advanced instructor with the BSACA (Billiard Sanctuary Academy of Cueing Arts) I have a set very informative. make your own opinion about Mr white but he had solid info and excellent presentation. just my .02

The videos are an excellent choice for someone who either does not have the time or the money to go into a classroom environment to receive formal instruction. I purchased the set and worked on my fundamentals for a couple of weeks as depicted in the videos. The videos provided me at least a foundation for my game.
But as I soon found out, I needed something more and eventually attended the Cue-Tech Pool School that was on the road when it came my way. In the school you are instructed, taped, reviewed and by the end of the first day your stroke is improved. This was by far the best choice I made.

Get all the facts before you make judgements!
The facts are:
If you notice on the videos, the scenes with the Shuffetts were clearly set up specifically for filming a DVD. This is exactly what the Shuffetts wanted and they new clearly what they were doing with the cameras rolling and all the pre-setup. Landon said in taped interview on Kentucky Life program that he wanted to be in video series. I gave him that opportunity with all my money ($40,000+) The Shuffetts agreed to and signed a contract before any additions of the footage. The post production copies of the videos were sent to the Shuffetts before final duplication. The compensation was very clear for both parties. They drove down from KY to film some segments for the new videos series. They came to me. I did not call them and ask or suggest or anything about wanting Landon in the new videos. Stan approached me with this for Landon and himself form the beginning.
Imagine this, you call someone and ask if they can have some free marketing with one of your products, you agree and spend thousands of $$ doing it for them and in exchange you get ??? If the Shuffetts wanted Landon in a video series, than they should have spent their own money and did it on their own. No, let's get someone else who is very successful at doing it to add us for free and then disagree for the way it was done. That's like saving someone's life and then they sue you for the way you did it.
The Shuffetts were very happy with all the DVD's Volumes 1-9 as stated in emails/letters received from them and still posted on website. www.billiardsanctuary.com.
Over a year passed with the videos and visits to Florida and Kentucky, Out of the blue, Stan decided he was going to start making demands to what I was to do. As for Volume 10, only Stan Shuffett decided he had an issue with my way of adding a health section. The scene has a disclaimer that allows everyone a simple way of skipping the section. The section is barely rated PG and is a creative way of making a point of smoking kills, nudity doesn't. The fact is true and ironic enough is the fact that the biggest prize money and best tournaments of all time are now structured around exactly what I have been saying for years.
The IPT tour because of Kevin Trudeau has introduced an Organic food and smoke free tournament environment with class and is the hottest thing going now with the sport. My point exactly!!!!!!!!!

The fact that I live my life as an althelete is and has been very different from that of the common "pool player" has set me apart form the rest. That is ok by me. I have lived my life as super healthy and would not subject myself to play situations within smoke filled environments. I feel great every day and enjoy every moment to the fullest. My classes are sold out for the majority of the year. I have it all and Life is Great! It's been nice to share the information with others and I can tell you that I don't miss often. The knowledge is very powerful and it works.
The information, knowledge I teach at both Academies is as quoted "solid as a rock". I have sold over 23,000 videos and teach over 400 students per year and so far only 2 people saying anything but Perfect and Thank you! One didn't like the Australian music in series 1-5, and the other... you know who. So you can't argue with that success. I must be doing something right!
Constructive criticism is great and I welcome it. No one is perfect! Maybe, I should have edited and produced them differently but at the time you do what feels right. I am in no way the type of person to hurt anyone intentionally. I am sorry by the way the Shuffetts feel and reacted. You live and you learn. Please make sure you have at least most of the facts before you make comments about someone. The Shuffetts are super wonderful people and the knowledge in the DVD's will make you play like a machine. Those are the facts!

Academy of the Cueing Arts DVD's/Billiard Sanctuary
The DVD's are great info, I have viewed them many times. Improved my game and increased my fun while playing with friends. Now they are jealous! Don't know why you would want to sell. Always 2 sides to every story when the Shuffett's are concerned, I guess. I do see Landon and Stan in the DVD's. Can't imagine they where filmed against their will or agreed to be included without a contract protecting both parties.

Don't forget, Tim White, AKA The Australian Oyster, was also alleged to have posed on at least one pool forum as Landon. He has also set up YouTube accounts under the Shuffets' name and also under the name "AZBilliards", IIRC.
Furthermore, he confessed on AZ Billiards to have started the website www.landonshuffet.com and tried to extort money from the Shuffets to hand over the domain name.
IMO, if you pose on the internet as a child, you'd better be working for the cops!
