Also would consider trades if you like:
I'd prefer cases more than cues
Thanks

isnt the flaming maple a little redder then that? i think that is the classic maple.

THIS IS CERTAINLY THE FLAMING MAPLE. THE FLASH IN THE PICS MAKES IT LOK LIGHTER THAN IT IS. I'VE HAD THE CUEIN MY HANDS AND IT IS IN TIP TOP SHAPE, AND WILL ALSO SAY THAT JAY IS A GREAT GUY TO DEAL WITH.

Thanks MARCUS and likewise

Cue is new but doesn't have the
ENERGY Maximizer jelly plug in the butt
If you like you can add from X-treme for $20

Energy Maximizer Butt Plug Almost Pornographic?!?!
Sorry not intentionally vulgar and cue never used as such

This is a first generation X-Breaker then.

Also has the logo on the quick release joint.

does that mean

my flaming maple X-breaker with no logo on the quick release joint and no butt plug is a 2d generation x-breaker???, and why does my flaiming maple x-breaker break and jump better than my black x-breaker that has the logo on the quick release joint?

Richard posted a very long descriptive post on his website which explains the difference between 1st generation and 2nd generation. If you are curious what you have, go read it.

Shinobi
Thanks for highlighting my ignorance
I also see that he specifically states there is no gen 1, gen 2, etc.
Simply improvements on a great stick

My cue is in new condition and doesn't have the energy maximizer as I
have already stated and does have the X logo on the quick loc joint.

Irregardless the J/B cue is for sale are you interested or just a critic

Thanks
JAY

Really not trying to be a critic. Perhaps you didn't see it, but Richard posted a thread on his own site AND on AZBilliards. The thread on AZBilliards announced the "second generation X-Breaker" becoming available at the Valley Forge show this year. I used Richards own terminology. You're right that he doesn't call it a new name ie: "X-Breaker 2" but that only makes it even more difficult for people that haven't done the research to know the difference.

Some of the differences are...
-- Slightly harder tip
-- Energy maximizer
-- Butt end has threads for holding the energy maximizer in place (1st gen can still take a maximizer tho)
-- No logo on quick release joint (on energy maximizer only)
-- A few other things, details on his site

I agree, they are minor enhancements, and a 1st gen X-Breaker is still an excellent cue.

Good luck with the sale.

Thanks Shinobi
Maybe just a little edgey on my end(too much coffee)

His site confirms the amount of time, money, and
energy he puts into trying to make the best J/B cue
...

JAY

I have a case

Not sure what this is worth. I think it is a fellini.
