Skips shafts are very underrated. He built me two for my Gus and they are flat out as good as any. 4.1 oz each and a full 13. Don't feel bad, he modified another famous taper and IMHO it's as good. He is an A player and knows how the cue should hit.

BTW he made this cue for me. I was the original owner and had the cue for 6-7 years. It hits rock solid, if it was 19.5 oz, I would still own it. I tried to get it back a few times... :)

that skip i owned taught me a few thing about shafts and taper. before that cue if you told me you had a cue with a brass insert full 13mm and only 3.6oz id say they were junk. those skip shaft are prob the best shafts on a cue ive ever owned. very playable

Thank you all guys for a nice comment on the cue...PRICE DROP TO $1,550 for a quick sell

Bump for a beautiful Skip weston cue....got my vote as one of the best player's cue out one the market today. I've been buying, selling and trading cues for over a decade and Skip playability is up there with the best.

Bump for a deadly player!

Here is your chance Joe to get it back, think of it as a woman, don't let a little weight turn you off. I bought 2 Skip's from you. The points are razor sharp. One is a J/B. Super cues. Glad that you talked me into buying them.
