Here is an ebay link to cues that I made over twenty years ago, and they are claiming to have them ready to go one of a kind cues.
I see this seller has many other cuemakers original designs claiming them for their own.
In case they remove the listing his user name is hynguye0

I asked them to take my picture down and reported it to eBay. So far nothing done.

Buyer beware, and not everything on E-bay is bad.

Just do home work, know prices, and shop with care.
Not everything on the Bay is bad.
I bought a $50 wood shaft and was surprised on how good it was.
I asked the seller to pick out as clean a one he had and he sent me a message that he did that and it's real clean,I hate sugar marks.
It has a cheap fiber ferrule but plays just fine.

They may build really good cues. But putting my picture of cues I built in my shop up there and saying they are giving someone the one of a kind cues pictured is nothing but deceiving. I would encourage cuemakers and others on here to identify the other cues they have that are lifted pictures of American Cuemaker's cues and let the makers know or report it yourselves or better yet both.

But you did something to stop nonsense, I look at persons work.

He is CopyKat, not sure his photo are real or pirated.
I know 100% that is my picture I took myself of my cues. A friend of mine reported it to me. He has had it up there a year.
It is one thing to copy someone's design which is bad enough. But to use my picture and say they built those cues is beyond bad.

You are giving them too much credit. If they built really good cues they would be posting pictures of their cues and not riding on your coat tails.

Friend who use to post on AZB before death, bought couple of Cues out of Philippines.

Three month late that worped, think no humidity AZ weather was culprit.

Money down drain.

Chris, you should put this on the main page for more exposure.

So much wrong about this. From the obvious copying to the outright lying onto EBay not giving the OP any respect by allowing this to continue.. They probably see it as revenue whether it is legal or not and are likely to allow it until they could, or might be legally stopped..

This all shows how greedy businesses have become.. It does make me wonder what is the most cost effective and effective way to deal with this issue.. Certainly Southwest must have given this much thought. Laurie's cues are copied constantly.

Would a registered trademark help? Is it worth the trouble or time for a small business?

How about we as cuemakers help each other out when this happens and click on the Report Button on the ebay listing and tell ebay the person is using a copyrighted image of another cuemakers cues claiming they built the cues. Maybe if ebay gets enough reports they will take it down.

E-Bay is full of Fake, and counterfeit items. Most are from Asia, and E-Bay is more concerned with the money they take in. Not policing site. JMHO 🤮

Looked at another picture on his site, and after letting computer search for a match, same picture came up on a Billiard business in UK. Never knew you could do that before, pretty neat. I for sure will use this feature again if ever looking at something questionable.
