That is SO NICE!

OK, this is one of the most striking cues I have ever seen and I in no way intend to take away from it's beauty or superb craftsmanship by making this statement but, can you imagine how much more fantastic it would have been if he had mitered the corners of the silver that makes up the box rather than butting the corners? regardless, the cue is a thing of beauty and I would certainly be proud to own it.

Hey Cuejunky, thanks for the nice comments and I certainly don't mind your question. I see what you are saying but I don't know if it is humanly possible given the thickness of the silver. That last picture is an extreme blowup, but the one below is just about true size on my computer. I'm actually amazed at how cleanly Bob was able to box the corners. The silver is extremely fine and to my eye I can hardly see where one piece ends and the next begins. I guess the camera will always reveal more than the naked eye!

This just arrived today and I couldn't be happier. I feel Bob outdid even himself with this one, it is perfect from top to bottom! Ivory into cocobolo with silver veneers and double inlays of mop into abalone, the cue is breathtaking in person. Bob was a pleasure to work with and his enthusiasm shows in his work. Thank you Bob for delivering a masterpiece!

Your Manzino is so beautiful it leaves me speechless!!

I don't normally comment much on the fancy, high end cues, but that is simply beautiful. So elegant you can't help but admire it.

You are entirely right Vinman, the close-up pic makes the silver look much thicker. Now, seeing the true thickness (or thinness) I don't imagine how the corners could have been mitered either. Enjoy your new cue, it's a beauty and thanks for sharing.

YOWZER!!!

that thing is hot!!! Love how the elephant wrap matches.

Really well thought out and beautiful execution.

BRAVO!!!

The wrap was the icing on the cake for me, it matches the cocobolo perfectly. And the cocobolo itself has to be seen in person to be believed. Deep rich color and gorgeous grain, I can look at it all day!

Thanks again everyone for the nice comments. I appreciate them and know Bob does too!

This is by far my all-time favorite cocabola cue! Congratulations!! I cannot even imagine how blown away you were, and still are, when you had this cue in your hands. Thanks for showing this beauty, Paul & Lu.

I dont know what to say? Oh my god......stunning..... Breathtaking.... I could go on & on. I give, uncle, I quit..... How do you compete with that.? Simple , you dont .. Or should I say I dont . Truely a masterpiece . Very few cues , and i mean very few, impress me. This one does! All I can say is , master builder. Now , 2 questions, how's the hit, and what's the price range? Hope I'm not out of line asking. Thanks for the pics, kevin mcclain

Thanks Paul and Lu,

For me it was really like being a kid again! Imagine, the first thing I saw as I pulled it out of its Whitten case was the gorgeous joint protector. I could spend the whole day just soaking that in! After that I was struck by the delicate silver veneers, massive amount of ivory, and incredible double inlays. Last but not least the wrap and incredible figure of the cocobolo just blew me away. The pictures give a good impression of the appearance, but it is hard to truly appreciate the total package until you have it in you hands. I could go on and on but I'll close by saying I feel very fortunate to own this cue.

Manzino

What a gem Vinny. Can only imagine how nice it looks in person. Congratulations on what one could say is truely a kings rod! Pictures are excellent as always.

in my opinion manzino,bb,aurthurcue are the three best (purely based on looks alone) cuemakers working today. i have had the pleasure of playing with a couple of manzinos and boars and i love how manzinos hit. boars are nice as well but im not a stainless joint lover. awesome cue sir.
