Andy Gilbert. He's the epitome of easy to work with, reliable, honest, and stylistically unrestricted, not to mention one of the very best repairmen in the biz.
 
It's probably a coin flip between Eddie Wheat/Jim Lee/Trent/Lee Peppers/Tony Zinzola/Barioni/Prulhiere.
 
New up and coming cue builder Robert Harris. I've had many custom cues, Got his about two weeks ago and it's hit is phenominal. If you hit the cueball accurately to put you on the spot with no jerk or twitch in your stroke, you can place a quarter on the spot you're going to and get there everytime. Definetly my favorite. He makes a great hitting cue.
 
Think it's only fair to add a name if you play with their original shaft. Haven't switched to an OB, Predator etc. That being said I would go with Bob Meucci.
