Everyone I talked with in the crowd thought it was. I was uncertain. It was good that Fedor took that rack. But Shane came down a notch in my eyes.

I agree with starting earlier and/or spreading the match over 4 days, as well as a shot clock, even if it's a longer one.
The venue is very nice. Railyard is one of the best pool rooms I've been to. Plenty of clean, maintained tables, good food, nice and attentive staff. I really got my money's worth.
Two other nitpicks:
1) everything about the venue was nice...except the bathroom. That was like going to the bathroom in a 3rd world gas station. Dirty, smelly, flies, mystery liquid everywhere, out of paper towels for hours upon hours. It was harrowing.
2) For the match itself, having cushioned seats would be nice. Those hard seats for 9-10hrs a day just weren't cutting it.

No im a SVB fan and was rooting for him to comeback. I was curious on the possible foul (like the analysis of Sky’s foul at the EU Open).
I feel like they should start these matches around 3-4 local time. Starting at 6 EST I feel like most of my friends on the east coast miss out on a big chuck of the $40 to buy the match and have to watch the replay.
if you start at 4 every day and only play to 30 over 4 days then I feel like it wouldn’t be such an energy drain for the spectators or the players.

I know you don’t like it, but your fans love it. They really do, I talk to people everyday in the pool world and of course your name comes up and when it does 85% is always positive good stuff-which is pretty good in the pool world to have 85%. Some guys don’t get 15% positive ratings.
When I get back to LA I’ll call you.
