Yes this is the same cue!

This very pretty South West Cue was taken in partial trade for my fancy Mike Cochran Custom cue with 4 shafts. That is why you will not see the fancy Cochran Cue in my avitar until I ask for permission to do so.
No one really cared it was Santos's cue 15 years ago except Swiss Chris who wanted to buy it as a present for Santos because he rembered Santos wanting the cue back and was grateful for Santos teaching him the ins and outs of the game we all love. He also rembered Santos playing with this cue.
A few of Santos's freinds are interested in the cue also.
This cue was sold to ebay's 8ball stinger. He is a personal friend. He asked if I would take the cue in partial trade towards my Ivory Joint Cochran. He said he has put a small ding in the finish because the rubber is so small.
I know you better than most here Marcus and am sure you are not insuating much of anything. Thanks for the bump bud! Keep in touch.
Hope this information is helpful. And be assured 3K not will get this cue. Seems like a good starting point to generate interest though. I could force myself to put this cue back as an investment.

Are you trying to get yourself promoted to a MODERATOR status?
You are an awesome person to deal with and I have several friends that bought stuff from you...
But you do have the tendency to jump up the gun on people and threads sometimes. You need to take it easy and not trigger suspicion for every little thing you find odd about something around here.

IMO..... IF THE CUE BELONGED TO SANTOS IT IS WORTH MORE THAN A REGULAR CUE, EVEN MORE SO IF THE BUYER KNOWS SANTOS.

I WAS POINTING OUT THAT THE CUE WAS OWNED BY A FAMOUS PRO/ROAD WARRIOR (WHICH TO ME IS A POSITIVE FACTOR TOWARDS THE CUES VALUE)......... IF THE FACT THAT SANTOS OWNED IT HURTS NICKS SALE, I'LL PAY THE DIFFERENCE.

Good question and I am not upset with anything. Since I've quit my part time business, I asked Mike if it would be possible to change to something else. BENFICA is a portuguese soccer team name like San Jose Earthquakes or something. Anyway another bump. Love SW cues.
