All right guys, here are some more results. My man in Germany came through for us! First though, a brief statement from Olaf about durometer inaccuracies -
"I like it that the hardness test arouses big interest.
Spoke with the pros of ATP Messtechnik (where i bought my durometer and test stand). The fact that results under 20 Shore D and over 90 Shore D are squishy is only a rule of thumb. It is comparable with the freshness date of food. If the producer says "the milk is fresh till November 20, you can be sure that the milk will be fresh a few days longer. And it is the same with the durometer. The experts say, that you get reliable results to 95 Shore D. But all results over this 95 mark are inacurate.
This inacurracy is not quantifiable."
And here is the link to the testing video -

Elephant Ivory (west africa) - 93
Elephant Ivory (east africa) - 85
Mammoth - 91
Horn - 86
Interesting there is a difference between the two ivories. Could be because there is no quality control in the manufacturing process. Should serve as a reminder not to generalize when using ivory.
Thanks Olaf!!!
