You can order Ivor-X direct from the maker at zylyrcue@yahoo.com

Do many on here use the Ivor-X as ferrules? I know it's been brought up a number of times but there's not been a large consensus on it's usage. I've got a small supply of a dozen or so for any one of my customers who may ask for one on a ferrule change but I haven't had any great amount of experience with the material. I once tried buying in rod form but the maker refused. It is very white and clean but Mike Webb once stated that he had tried it and wouldn't use it again. I believe that Mike knows enough on ferrules that I just plain never did anymore experimentation on the material.

Last visited Mr. Carmeli shop with Martin, he is using either ivory ferrules or LBM ferrules, or pm jazznpool ( Martin ) for info.
