Deadpoked I know you have a thing for her and I have no idea what shes said but I obviously didnt back down to her as we've already played some cheap sets. So if that's not who you meant then by all means please do enlighten me because as of right now I'm thinking you may have bumped your head falling down some stairs or something.. kind of like your avatar.
In regards to why I'm removing the wing.. it's because while it appears I shoot well now.. i've hit a plateau and want to improve further but cannot while the spirit of colonel sanders is within my arm. Working with kelly I know that'll be fixed and then I can progress again.
And in regards to omgwtflilazngurly yea I'll happily play you. I'm not sure exactly when as I'll have to check on flight ticket prices and what not but it's a game for sure. Want to just make it for a good 3k? One 8 ahead set you get the 7.

Why one set?
I assume you want to play until you completely bust me, as you said before, when we first were to play. Granted, I'm not nearly as wealthy and rolling in the dough as you, I only make 10% of what you make in a year, but I've got more heart than brains and I'm willing to lose it all. I don't have a table at home, table time is expensive out where I am, but, dammit, I love pool and I love action.
I flew out there to Charlotte, North Carolina, without knowing your speed AT ALL, got off a nine-hour flight, played at a pool hall of your choice, played you even, with the understanding that you were going to bust me at 8 ahead for $2,000.
We ended up playing cheap and friendly $100 races to 7, and I won one set which you did not pay me. You insisted that we had broken even, even though I won 3 out of 5 sets.
You always challenge people to play for thousands BUT they have to come out to where YOU are.
No one would do it, but I did.
I wanted to prove to you that there are plenty of players out there (women players, even) who have no fear and are willing to play you for good money, sight unseen, in the name of action.
I am willing to post at least $500 in no-show/forfeit money to be held in escrow by Jay Helfert, TAR, Fatboy, Bucktooth, AZHousePro, or any other well-known entity of your choice.
I am looking forward to our little Vegas soiree.

you were the one who wanted 100 dollars a set. We never discussed the amount before you flew out here. You never came out 1 set ahead. I paid you the 100 dollars you paypaled corvette for me. You are dilusional. Brad beat you out of 300 and you cried for days about how you were hurting from the 500 you lost total on the trip. I dont always challenge people to play for thousands. She only flew out because of me suggesting the people beating her played better than her so she flew out to show me how she plays in person. I also find it interesting that you wanted Carolina Cues to make a duplicate of my Bob Hunter cue. When they could not, you contacted Hunter and dropped my name in hopes of having him drop the price on a cue for you. You wanted him to drop the price of a cue by $600! A cue you wanted copied! Honestly, if you make as much money as you do, why don't you support the artisan and just buy the cue from Hunter? It's a great cue, a great design, and a great investment.
I have done my best to kept this civil, and polite. I don't think anyone will disagree with that.

Now, remembering from when I was a teenager, just an observation by me, when making adjustments to form, and your stroke, and playing an average of 5 days a week 6 hours a day, it usually took about 3 weeks before any positive improvements showed up.
Now, about this 'chicken wing' thing. A chicken wing, to me, is when you throw your grip arm elbow out away from the body on the hit stroke. Sometimes, it is confused with the 'Hully-Gully' stroke, in which the upper grip arm goes up and down during the stroke, and the butt is raised at the back of the stroke, and then comes down as the stroke progresses (sort of like the 'snap' break stroke, but done in moderation during normal stroking).
And I would suggest, that if you have either of these strokes, that you not play for thousands of dollars a set because it is a recipe for diseaster.

The only thing true is I did try to have carolina make a silver, ebony, ivory tipped cue. But it wasnt like yours. I just liked the combo.
