Not a big fan of those white rings around the joint, I would prefer something like a dashed ring or something, but that is definitely my type of cue. I love plain 4 pointers like that. I have a Scruggs cue similar to that from 1983. Great playing cue. Good catch, man.

Very nice...still looking for my first Scruggs. Clean and love the Hoppe Ring and ivory joint.

Wow my kind of cue! Let me have first dibs on it if you are ever going to sell it! :)

Very nice choice!

Very nice Scruggs cue. I like the ivory joint and the ringwork is just my style.

Congrats on the pickup!!!

A very nice cue, my TS has very similar rings. Now you just need some matching jp's.

Very nice Scruggs there! How does it hit?

I've been playing with my Scruggs since 2005 and I wouldn't dream of playing with another cue... except maybe with another Scruggs of course :) Mine has quite simple design as well; 4 ebony points on a BE maple forearm, 5 veneers, leather wrap and an Acme pin. Hits like a dream

Hold on to it the value is about to go up.

Definitely. Buying a second-hand Scruggs is an investment you can't go wrong with. Plus you get an excellent playing cue as a bonus :)

Too bad the Scruggs cues with Acme pin are quite rare, would like to buy another one.

How much?

How much? that cue is sweet. And can you verify that the joint, Hoppe ring, and rings are ivory somehow?
