Firesale - Bob Runde Cue with Ivory Joint

You always have amazing cues!!

I definitely know what it is like with repairs....my corvette has been hit three times in two months! Yet somehow, I've been held accountable for two of them and the third time it was hit in a parking lot when I wasn't around!

Anyway, good luck on your sale and fixing your car. I wish I could buy it from you!!

6 tons of cue, for the money you're asking!!! I'm not a big fan of a ton of inlay work...but plenty of folks are....and this cue is amazing. The price is even more amazing.

I still hold faith that the cue market is gonna turn around...and this one should be the catalyst that gets it going again.

Best of luck on the sale of this beautiful cue, sir.

Mark

If you don't have an eBay account let me know. This cue would move fast on eBay. I sold a 2000 with steel joint a few years back for $1875 in a Buy it Now in less than 1 hour. My bet is you could could come out ahead and buyer pays overnight shipping. Just a thought. Best of luck.

ebay

thanks...I do have an account, but ebay is full of people who bid / win and dont pay (happened to me twice) and you have to pay a listing fee w/ BIN plus final valuation fees and paypal fees.

I like this forum...people are honest, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would rather sell to a forum member and give them a good deal than sell to the ebay world.

Thanks AZ members for making this place awesome...its the people here that make this place great

ebay's kinda hurting for cue sales right now...i just bought a jensen hoppe with 4 shafts for 600 dollars yesterday. i think he would lose a lot of moeny to ebay as well, listing fees, final fees and then paypal fees.

Thanks for pointing out the error of my thinking. I guess I was wrong to think that eBay has an extremely larger online audience of potential buyers than AZ. I cannot discuss the subsequent gains I have made with eBay by buying a cue that was poorly marketed there and went for cheap, keeping it for 6 months or so, and remarketing it back on eBay. I know the market is soft... but specific collector cues are a different breed and I think Runde is in that breed. Sorry guys... I just have different experience with buying and selling on eBay. By the way, if your Jensen is a 4 point veneered bushka jointed older Jensen weighing close to 19.0 keep me in mind. been on my shopping list for a long time. You can keep the newer 3/8-10 pins.

Thanks.

i dont think there was an error in the way u thought about it. it worked before so its just based on experience but right now tho, no one seems to buy any cues on ebay for a good price any more. but then again this cue is heavily underpriced so maybe someone would buy it. and its true ebay has a much larger audience than az but i think most of that audience (with regards to buying cues) are looking for production (preds, schons mostly) and something that costs 1800+ would probably attract people that are already on az anyways. i dont think there are that many people that are willing to buy a 2k cue off ebay that dont know about az.

as for the jensen, it's a hoppe style cue, 4 pt, 4 veneer with ivory hoppe ring. ebony buttsleeve and ebony points. it comes with 4 shafts and has a solid ivory joint.

Man.....that is a great cue. It is a shame that I don't have the cash laying around right now or it would be mine. If someone doesn't take you up on this one they are missing the boat. GL with that beauty.

I've owned this Runde cue 3 times and have no issue owning it a 4th time. Please call me at 859-420-8733 to discuss a repurchase of this amazing Runde. Thanks.
