Flipping Cues for profit?

Does anybody know the buyer of this cue?

I want to let him know that he paid way to much to try and flip this beat up imported Palmer from the late 90's.:p
He did clean it up but, I'm wondering if the chip on the butt sleeve has been repaired. Excellent? condition:rolleyes: Notice the disclaimer statement in his for sale listing. His pics show the other side from the chip, the side with the triangle logo that tells you it's imported.:rolleyes: Nice cue but it retailed in 98 brand new for like $175 most places.

Well it ended up going for $276.50. Unreal.:rolleyes: Does anyone know the buyer? ;) He needs a educating conversation.
I sincerely hope the seller is not a forum member. :( Does anyone know?
