Well it is not the 17th yet, so let's not get pessimistic here. If things go according to plan, all orders thru #31 should be completed by tomorrow.

I think the fact that JB hasn't posted here often is testament to the fact that he is pretty darn busy.

Real quick - everyone's orders should be done today. Some were sent out yesterday. Bruce if you are reading this call me.

John

Mine came in Today! It was waiting for me when I got home. I think
that John didnt tell me on purpose so as to surpRise the hell out of me.
I had Christmas early this year. I'm so happy with how the case turned
out. John went above and beyond by more than a little. All I can say is
WOW. I'll post up pics as soon as I can. In the next day or two.
Thanks so much John, I'm one happy camper.

You are welcome. I wish that I could say we didn't inform you of the shipping information in order to surprise you. Unfortunately we somehow forgot to send you the shipping details. I guess it turned out for the best. :-)

Let me know from time to time how it's holding up for you.

The "Show Me The Money" really came out well against the dark background, great case CC

hey John, what's the best way to take care of these things over time? Any general practices or cleaners/conditioners you recommend?

Honestly, I am glad you did forget to send me the info. Walking into the
house and seeing a big'ol box was well worth it. I will definitely keep in
touch. Thanks again, Dom.

I used to use a really good cleaner/conditioner that I got from a shoe repair shop in Louisville. The brand escapes me but any good leather conditioner will work to keep the leather at just the right amount of moisture. You only need to do it about once a year.

Some examples.

A lot of leather workers use this:

Search for leather conditioner on Google and you will come up with with many excellent products for caring for tooled leather.

What I do is to work it into the leather a little at a time with a terry cloth towel. Then I buff the surface with the towel. Don't overdo it on the conditioner - you don't want to saturate the case and have goo blocking the pores. and you also don't want to apply too much to one area or it will darken it.
