The only ones I've seen are some really old ones at what I think is now Fast Eddie's Centreville. None others that I know of.

I'd like to find some seven footers to practice on for league tourneys.

I know its not in NOVA but its roughly an hour away....I used to drive to Winchester for a girl so I would sure as hell drive for some pool

I keep meaning to take a drive out there. I hear it's very nice.

Mike is right close to the beltway there are old diamonds at Fast Eddies in Centerville. There are however some really nice Diamonds at Blue Fox Billiards in Winchester, about an hours drive west from Fairfax.
