A great looking Bill Stroud cue. Looks to be refinished and the wrap cleaned up. This finish looks great, not a ding or scratch anywhere. The wrap is a little knicked up. I would have replaced the wrap with the refinish if it were me but they were attempting to preserve an original wrap.

Cue is straight, no wobble at all when rolled on a table.

Butt weighs 16.2 ounces
Shaft weighs 3.8 ounces and is 12.6mm at the base of the ferule.
Ferrule does not appear to be ivory.

$1050.00 delivered, no trades. Thanks. email schonfan@comcast.net if you want more pics.

I have had many deals with Bill - I will vouch for him as an outstanding person to deal with.

Radius Points

It looks like there are radius points on the cue. I have seen this on a couple of the sideways W JW's. Does anybody know the story on this

I believe that for a short period of time Bill Stroud was still using the sideways W logo and also introducing his flat-bottom points. This looks to be from that era - late 70's, very early 80's.

Bill began using CNC points in roughly '79. The sideways W is alleged to have gone on until '80. So that really narrows the year(s) of this cue down, presuming it's all original.

exactly right. what he said. '79-80.
really nice cue at a killer price!
