For Sale : S.W. Franklin pre date -Pauferro-

Congrats Dennis, you're getting a nice looking cue...and Tom is a real good guy to deal with.

Tom was a super guy to deal with. Very agreeable.

Ed Young just took a look at it Thursday and opined that it was indeed a pre date Franklin. He and his assistant DPK are making me a new shaft with the original Kersenbrock taper. Very nice cue that has become my playing cue.

Well. Years later and I have sold it.

Sold it to a guy in our straight pool league. He sent it to Laurie and she authenticated it. Always kind of wondered.

I sold it with the added Ed Young shaft and another shaft made by Scott Gracio.

The cue did play great but eventually, I started playing with another pre-date that I liked a little better.

Basically got my money back, but it went to a good home, and I still have a Pre-date SW, a Kers, a Craig Peterson, Richard Black, and some John Davis/Alex Brick cues, and some John Davis/ Scott Gracio cues and three Titlist conversions, so I got plenty.

I love the cue. Thank you Dennis. And quit bragging about all the great cues you have! ;-)

I have a Scruggs for sale

Any one else have thoughts about a 2008 post being bumped? That and how is the sanctuary Tommy?
Nick :)

You're kill'n me... too funny.

I'll set you up, all you have to do is hit'm out of the park.

Appears you may have had this picture for just this special occasion.

I think I owned that cue at one point as well
It only came with one shaft I think and had a bigger hole in the pin
It was a plain Jain with some rings in it
All the best to the new owner
Chris
