:: Cue is SOLD!! ::
For Trade ONLY, don't wanna sell cos I'll be low balled for sure. As for the value, trade me something you deem right.
For trade is this very beautiful Lambros. Personally it's the nicest Lambros that I've seen on AZ in a long while. The only reason I'm trading it away is cos Mike is making me another one according to my specs, design and wood sent to him. It'll be a nice one and I'll be looking forward to that.
I wanna trade while this cue is new and fresh and unmolested by me...I know if I hold on to it longer I'll not be able to resist but play with it...and it'll be very very used in no time..
This cue is naturally well balanced and no weight bolt what so ever.
This cue is so beautiful with the colors of veneers to the wood choice that brings everything together. The points of this cue is as high as it will go cos Mike told me that anything with points going Into ringwork are reserved for very high end cues like the ones in Billiard Encyclopedia that sells for $25k. I've not seen another Lambros on AZ lately with points as high as this.
Then there's the beautiful ringwork. You don't see a Lambros with Inlayed ringwork very often. I call this ringwork the Dead Drunk Flat on Floor S ring.
I was told this is a new cue built this year or end last year, either ways it's very new. Used but you can't tell except for one of the shaft's slight bluing which can be cleaned up easy on a lathe.
This cue comes with an extension but it was originally made to be without one.
So in order to use the extension you'd need to remove the rubber bumper and play with the cue as a bumperless. Also, the extension wood is Cocobolo and not Honduran Rosewood like the main cue. The extension looks a tad more used than the cue, i'd say the extension is 90-95% new.
Every white on this cue is Elforyn, NO Ivory on this cue.
Here are specs of cue.
Wood: Honduran Rosewood and Curly Maple
Butt Weight: 15.6oz
Shafts: 13mm @ 4oz & 12.9mm @ 3.8oz
This cue is spectacular and beautiful in every way so I don't have to let it go and since I'm not selling its obvious money isn't the motive so I'm not desperate.
I'm only looking to trade cos I love trying new stuff and this time I'm only looking for cue from TOP TIER Custom Cue makers.
I've gotten quite some ridiculous offers since posting so I'm gonna give anyone interested in Lambros some price indication.
Plain Janes with 2 Shafts and Extension retails for about $1100-1300.
Veneered 5 pointers with simple ringwork(no inlays) and no inlays whatsoever have sold for $1800 -$2400.
This is a very fancy cue so you can guesstimate the price from there and considering this is a trade and not a cash deal you'd need to inflate the value a little more.
I'm particularly interested in Fancy EP, Gina, Vollmer, Mobley, Showman, brand new SW... You get the drift by now.
Cue must be in brand new or almost brand new condition. Must have 2 shafts and with cue weighing between 18.8oz - 19.8oz
Anything goes so please send me your offers to jive.ong@gmail.com
