Actually there are a few elements that resemble Paradise:
The buttplate does look like a Paradise. Frank recessed his weight screws in a bit, and did not turn them down at all. In other words, they filled up the space inside the buttplate pretty well, unlike a Rambow, for example.
The butt sleeve does look like something Paradise did. He did a lot of very short, simple ones. This could have been one.
The joint collar does look like Paradise. He did a lot of white collars with the black plastic on the outer edges, but sometimes had black on each edge, as did Palmer in the 60s and early 70s.
The points are a bit of a problem. When Frank did inlays, he usually did them in veneered points, either a Titlist blank, or presumably Spain or other blank. This would be the first Paradise I've seen that had inlays into a plain non-veneered point.
I would say not a Paradise, but not because nothing resembled his, given the above. The points, for me, say it's more likely a Meyer or Fedunka. I don't think it's a Palmer.
No wonder they all sign their cues today.
