Fraudulant Seller On AZ Forums

Mike, you said:
"I just wanted to explore all my options since I cannot find the tracking #"

Without the tracking number, you'll never know where the package is, if it got delivered, or have any hope of an insurance claim with the shipper. How can they possibly give you back your $$ if you have no paperwork to prove you shipped anything with them?

You should refund the buyer immediately.

So I buy $350 worth of goods from you and quit communicating with you about it's disposition, that's okay...$hit happens. I really doubt if you'd have that attitude. When the man pays his debt then the apology is accepted. I'm the person who told Paul about this forum, so I feel badly that his first buy has come to this. I've bought a considerable amount of merchandise off this forum and it's all turned out well. This is about trust and honor among a select group of people. The attitude, "that's how life is" doesn't cut it.

He said on a public forum that he was going to make it right by you. Sometimes things don't happen the way they are supposed to, that is how life is.

Give him a chance to make it right by you, and refund the money or get you the merchandise as he said he would. If you don't have it in a week, then apparently he is not a man of his word. He said he felt badly and appologised to you, so give it a few more days...

I'm not the one owed, I'm an friend of Paul's(samsarakid24). He's been trying to resolve this for at least a month. His making this public is what is going to bring closure, I hope.
I didn't correctly word the point I was trying to make, sorry for the confusion.
One more week would be an acceptable time frame to prove he's a man of his word.

Yeah, shit happens sometimes, but you have to be a responsible seller. If an item you sent is not delivered (whether you had it insured or not) you must be proactive. Refund the $ or provide a tracking number.

Communication is the key, choppy PM's sometimes just don't cut the mustard.

A month from the time payment is sent and you are just now wanting to contact the post office about a buyer not receiving a shipment is really poor CS. Be it a business sale or a private sale.

And ontop of that you are suprised that people arent defending your stance on this transaction?

Things that make you go Hrmmm...

You can do all the things right all the time and you have one mishap and you have to deal with this stuff. I have no plans of ripping him off. Just because hid did not get the resopnse he wanted in his time frame. I just wanted to explore all my options since I cannot find the tracking #. I responed to every one of his pm's I just wanted a few more days to see if I could go to the post office and see what I could fine out. I'm no theif. I just wish some of you would put yourselfs In my shoes. I wish some of you that I had flawless transactions with would say something. I just wish people would give me the benifet of the dought. This will be resolved by weeks end. I'm truly sorry this happened, Mike

I ship (along with others) via UPS about six to seven packages on average a day, M~F from my work.

Things can happen from time to time, mix up with address, mix up with multiple location facilities, etc.

The thing that does not happen is that we are unable, in a timely fashion, to provide tracking information for our customers. I don't know what form of shipment you used, as you did not specify, but normally with our World Ship software from UPS, we can track shipments and verify signatures of receipt, current package location, etc.

HANG-UM! There is nothing worse than a cheat or a liar! Good luck I hope you get this transaction resolved!

I ALWAYS USE the U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail, Insured with a Tracking Number. My reason are easy, the Post Office is within walking distance of home, the Mail Gets Delivered in 2-3 Days Normally.

I had ONE PERSONAL NIGHTMARE with Federal Express GROUND, and the COMPANIES INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS was a Nightmare, I will NEVER USE Fed X again.

If I can offer a tip, get a return receipt for merchandise when you use Priority Mail. I doesn't cost much and it gets you a piece of paper with a signature on it. That prevents a couple things:

(a) The carrier scanning it and leaving it on the doorstep to be swiped by a passerby.

(b) The person at the other end receiving the item and claiming that (a) happened.

Keeps everybody honest.

Has poolboy reimbursed you or sent you the case yet? All this talk about how he was going to make this right...and he still has not come through.

I hope pool Karma kicks you in the ass. Samasarakid, I would'nt rest until this POS pays up.
