Here is an act of good karma that will hopefully put a smile on someone's face. I was playing a guy some cheap sets the other night and he actually got so angry he slapped his cue against the table and broke the pin off in the shaft. He then walked over to the trash can and tossed it on his way out. I retrieved it and it was a quick fix...I even installed a fresh Le Pro tip.
Here's the deal. Who is in a bind and can not afford a cue at this time? I know from time to time things get tight. Often house cues aren't great either. Its nothing fancy...but not a bad looking cue at all. I hit a few balls and it plays fine. I'll ship the cue to the first AZ'er who privately pm's me that they could use it. Please...don't try to claim it if you don't truly need it. Its not worth much & its nothing fancy. If you try to claim it in a less than honest manner...well karma has ways of evening out. So please...if you don't have a cue and this one would make your trips to the poolroom a bit happier...then send me a pm. :)

Mr. Varney you sir are a great man. This just shows how nice and kind hearted you truly are.I just wanted to let you know what I thought about you.I do not need the cue.

cue

What a kind gesture,I don't need the cue I have a schone myself, but I do know someone that needs a cue ? I would give the cue to her if you were to send it to me.It would be even better if the cue was a georiga bulldog cue.

Thanks Kevin. I really need this cue! I am down to my last two dozen cues. :)
I think it would be cool if you posted photos of the cue and the repairs you did before you send it out.

OK...we have winner!:D
The cue is headed south to a family man who had to recently sell his cue to repair the family vehicle. As a great gesture on his part, he'll give to cue away again once things smooth a bit for him. Best of luck to you my friend & God bless!:)
Thank you as well to everyone for the kind words.

As the Wizard said . . .

". . . we call these men doer's of good deeds . . . but they do have one thing you don't have my friend . . . heart!"

Hats off to Varney cues!

Not that you need the rep, but you got more for that one. Truly awesome. It's no wonder you have a good following sir. You are right karma does have a way in finding its way back around.

What a nice thing to do. I know for a fact this isnt the first time KV's given away a cue to someone who was down on there luck. Good going!
Karma comes back 10 times.
