I had "Little Al" Romero make me a group of simple REAL sneaky petes. They are all made from selected and very straight 57" Purpleheart or Bocote USA Valley Supremes (now made in China). The cues all have a piloted 5/16-14 wood to wood joint (see photo) and they are perfectly blended. The shafts have been slightly retapered and treated with SlipStic lubricant. The cues are well balanced and have a lacquer type finish on them. They are equipped with Valley standard 3/4" fibre ferrule and Elkmaster type tip. These cues play very solid (kept one myself) and are bargain priced at $80.00 plus 12.00 Priority Mail shipping. I have 100% Ebay feedback (jazznpool) and local references. USA sales only please.

Yo Jazz...I don't think so--but, I just reduced the price on these very nice USA made sneakys to move them on out.

I can't believe these are still 4 sale.

I think he meant the 80 was the reduced price.
Mine is a 3/8-10 flat faced sneaky, but if these feel as good, as mine does to me. I would say $80 is a real good price. I heard that, Al's brand-new price is $150.

He does mean $80 is the reduced price. If you look at Jazznpool's post where he quotes his original post, you can see in the quote that the price was initially $100.

Oh...OK...I see it now. Was just reading the first post, then his follow-up...Thanks. :p

Tracy, Al's new price has been $200.00 for over a year. One day he raised his pete by 50.00 and went from 5.00 to 10.00 to install a tip. Still a good value. Al puts a lot of work into his petes. When he cycles through his supply of USA valley butt he says he's likely to focus on custom cues only.

PM responded to. Let me know what you would like to do because all petes that are not sold by the inquiries here are going to be taken by a local buyer by Friday afternoon and I will remove the ad from the site. Thanks.

The guy's got to eat, I guess. ;) $200 is not out of line IMO. Did you provide the blanks for the ones you have? Mine is purpleheart with black butt plate and joint collars. It also has a threaded rubber bumper.

Tracy

Yes, I supplied USA Valley cues. Al did the rest. What joint do you have on yours? He often does a 3/8-10. I have a lightly used Litlle Al shaft (premium maple)with black collar and 3/8-10 joint pin, 13mm. Moori medium tip and of course, straight. If I remember correctly its about .861 at joint so it could be turned a tad down to match if yours is smaller. I'd take 50.00 shipped. PM me if interested.
