Brian, "he changed his mind" is not
quite accurate just like the original listing was not quite accurate. You offered me a refund when I discovered the original listing was
misrepresenting the cue. I accepted the refund offer, but the refund never came and now you can't even tell me when I might get the refund......and, one top of that, you are selling the cue AGAIN before refunding me....That takes a lot of gonads.......That's my cue until I get a refund. Do you need to see the receipt for the money that you received from me yesterday? Here it is:

And here is the original listing for the ad if case you forgot you edited your listing after the sale:

That's not the only problem I had with this purchase. During the negotiating, I was assuming that you had the cue while you were answering all of the questions about its condition, etc......Silly me to think that......After I paid for it, you said the cue was in Pennsylvania or Delaware and you weren't even sure which state, but it would be sent from one of those two states from your friend who had the cue. I don't even know your friend's name.
All of this was a little too weird for me, so when you offered a refund. I gladly accepted.
I gave you a chance last night to make things right and also this morning and you chose to insult me further after you had cursed me out last night on speaker phone as my wife was listening.
That took a lot of class, my friend.
Anyway, I do not want this to become personal and I do not want a food fight so I am asking you -- in public -- to stop your sale of the Mottey and please refund me.
