IN CASE YOU AREN'T QUITE GETTING WHAT'S BEEN GOING ON, MAYBE THE CAPS, THE RED LETTERS AND THE FONT SIZE WILL HELP YOU TO UNDERSTAND THAT:

THE OP OF THIS THREAD IS BEYOND SHADY AND YOU SHOULD NOT DEAL WITH HIM.

ALSO, APPARENTLY SO IS THE OWNER OF THE DELAWARE POOL HALL WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SELLING A LATHE TO A RESPECTED MEMBER HERE ON AZ (IDEOLOGIST) BUT THE SELLER AND ROOM OWNER HAVE THUS FAR BEEN RIPPING THE GOOD GUY OFF.

SO YOU WILL PROBABLY BE DOING YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR IF YOU WERE TO STOP ASKING HOW MUCH FOR THESE ITEMS SINCE IT IS NOW KNOWN THAT THE OP, SEAGLASS505, AND THE ROOM OWNER, ARE BOTH POISON.

Lathe, and house cues. I bought them all and he "changed his mind on closing in mid June and wanted to delay closing until September" .....yeah.

I can't get through on the phone at all anymore, makes me think he closed and split with my cash.
 
Well, if what Ideologist said is true, then it would appear that neither the room owner nor his agent, Seaglass505 are up and up about what is going on.

It does not matter that the owner wants to stay open until Sept (which I doubt is true), he sold the lathe and cues, and took the cash, and did not deliver the product.

The room owner is probably planning to file bankruptcy, and everyone would have the court decide who had first dibs on things. Personally, I would try to bring legal action against the room owner and his agent first to improve my standing with the courts.
