Glen, are you sore you can't Diamondize this table?
Apart from that being sacrilege on an old Brunswick as far as I'm concerned, I'd much rather play on a table set up by Ernesto.
His tables play awesome and his pocket angles can't be beat.
This is just my opinion of course. Glen please keep posting pictures of all your incredible work and praise the great mechanics that study under you. That never gets boring or self serving.
I don't know where that comment came from

Ernesto is a good table mechanic, never said he wasn't, but his pocket angles can't be beat?...what does that all mean?
I post pictures so that others might get a chance to see work done right, that way they have a better idea as to what they should be able to expect to get when they pay someone else for the same kind of job...and what it should look like when it's done. And yes, I do have a lot of pride in the work mechanic's do that I've had the chance to be able to work with....because at least I know their customers are going to get what they pay for...and be happy with the job when it's done....they're all a bunch of great guys. I don't think any teacher can be considered to be self-serving, as that's not why the teaching, and passing on the tricks of this trade is being done...it's to help better this industry....one mechanic at a time.
I posted to try and help you understand something...and you missed the point again. The point is....the longer you keep this thread going...the more views it gets....the more views it gets...and it don't sell...the more people become inclined to believe it's either over priced....or somethings wrong with it....because if it's such a good deal coming from you, and such a great buy....then how come it hasn't been sold already.
I tell my mechanics the same thing that have more than one GC for sale, like Zach.....if you have 10 GC's for sale....then sell them ONE at a time....just make the sale 10 times. If you try selling all 10 at once....you're going to get beat down in price....and no one wants to buy the LAST table of your 10 tables....because...it's been passed over 9 times already....right?
If everyday you get up, drive to work...pass by a car lot full of used cars...you never notice all the cars that have already been sold...but that 1969' Mustang Mach1 sitting on the corner of the lot...has been sitting there for the last 2 years...and it's still there. Do you think they're really going to sell it because you stopped in and offered them a cheaper price then what they've been asking for...and they'll sell it to you? No, what they'll do if they're smart....is move it around to other used car lots they own....to give it a better chance to get sold....because all they need is that one customer that says..."That's the car of my dreams"....but if THAT customer hasn't pulled in and bought the car in the last 2 years...driving up and down the same road everyday....wouldn't you kind of get the picture that maybe the customer you're looking for....don't drive THAT road? Think about it

who knows, at the rate you're going....maybe you can hit 25,000 views....and STILL own the same table
Glen
