I have a cue I received from Lee Peppers about six weeks ago. It is a really nice looking cue. I just can't get away from my main cue and I'm not a collector. I wanted to try a cue from Lee, and this is a nice one with a very firm hit.

The cue is a 58" ebony four pointer with double natural double black veneers. The forearm is curly maple. It has a piloted full ivory joint with a 5/16x18 pin. The shafts are old growth shafts with ivory ferrules and superpro tips (the red ones). The butt is delrin. The wrap is lightly textured black leather. I wanted it a little heavy, but I believe there is a weight bolt that can take an ounce off. It is very well balanced and is a great player.

Butt: 17.1 oz
Shaft 1: 3.95 oz, 13mm
Shaft 2: 4.48 oz, 13mm

Lots of ivory in this one. Looking for $SOLD shipped and insured OBO.

These are Lee's pictures he sent me with the cue.

Hello i will offer you $550.00 that is all i have to spend.

beautiful LP cue. makes me even more eager to get mine in the next month or two!!! low price also for all of that IMO

Weight ...

Do you or Lee know offhand if the weight can be lowered?

Beautiful cue, BTW.

Would this happen to be the raffle cue you won? Was it constructed as you requested, or did you compromise as to the detail of construction?

Yes it is his raffle cue.
I built the cue to his exact specs.
The shafts are different weights because Brandon insisted on
Hangemhigh shafts. When they arrived they were two diffetent weights.

For your information johnny, i build the raffle cues the same as any other order.

Ive shipped out over 150 and have rarely had a complaint.

LP... beautiful cue. A friend of mine has a LP that plays jam-up. Great styling and a great hit. Awesome curly in the forearm.

Not what I've experienced, or what I've been told by 3 other raffle winners. And I would not have responded this way, except you are perpetually defensive with your responses concerning raffle cues. Nothing wrong with a guy selling a raffle cue. Nothing wrong with asking a fair price. Nothing wrong with a guy asking about the cue, or it's origin, OK? You have advertised at least 20+ cues in the last few months which are partially complete or have no buyers, yet you have sat on these raffle cues for nearly a year, which are dedicated to specific, fully paid customers. Why must you feel the need to defend your actions, or lack thereof, every time a question is raised concerning the rafflle cues? I don't understand. If you are behind, just say so, and advertise that it may take a year, not 4, 6, or 8 months. Simple. Overestimate, ingratiate, and indulge those who desire your product. Please do not feel the need to minimize those folks as inferior customers. You make a great product. Relay that to all proudly.

Not being defensive. Just stating the facts.
You and your friends seem to have a real problem with me.
I have stated before that i am a little behind but am slowly catching up.
I really dont see the need to hound me at every opportunity.
If anyone of my customers has a problem with how i work, i have heard nothing from them.
The only ones that have a problem, it seems is you and your buddies.
I have nothing to be defensive about and have done nothing wrong.

You have obviously overlooked the positives of my response. Everyone believes in your product. Never a question as to the quality. Nuff said. Great looking cue, and wish Brandoncook26 best of luck with his sale. I'm sure he will do fine.

I guess I missed that part through all the negative, uninformed rhetoric.

Here is my offer...

I wasn't crazy about sending out the cue with two shafts that didn't weigh exactly the same. If someone wishes to purchase this cue and wants both shafts to weigh the same, I will replace one with a matching shaft for free.

Building cues is my fulltime job. This is how I feed my family and pay bills.
I don't care for the games that some people seem to play on here. As the rules of the forum state..if you don't like whats being sold or how then move along. You had no intention to buy this cue, only to instigate.
As I have said many times, if you have a problem with me, my number is below. Don't hide behind the keyboard.

I'm sorry to Brandon for the thread being hyjacked. I dont like accusations going unanswered.

No problem Lee. It seems as though there is a vendetta against you for some reason. This is the raffle cue I won from Lee. It did take longer than I expected but the craftsmanship is superb. As I stated before, the cue plays as good as it looks but I have been playing with the same cue for a long time and I am in a liquidating process at the moment to try and build up some money.

Don't let the haters get to you Lee. Everyone gets behind. You're cues stand on their own.

Thank you my friend.

If you have some one that wants the cue and matching shaft please let me know, my offer stands.

Just in case this helps, this cue would cost over $800 if ordered today.

Thanks
Lee
