I also did let McD know that I did NOT want a new one...just to have the jump pin glued back in and flush.

I will second that, I have bought a new cue and a shaft for another cue from Jeremy in the last month or so and you can't ask anyone to treat you better.--Leonard

Also I would have fixed the joint pin for free and had it back to you in a couple of days to help out 2 AZ'ers.

NOT LOOKING TO START TROUBLE HERE, BUT JEREMY IS ONE OF THE EASIEST GUYS TO DEAL WITH IN THE CUE BUSINESS. AND HIS iTRADER UP UTIL NOW REFLECTED THAT.

MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO AND LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK NOW, RIGHT ABOVE YOUR NEGATIVE, TELLING EVERYONE THAT YOU MADE A MISTAKE IN LEAVING THE NEGATIVE.....IT WON'T FIX IT, BUT IT WILL BE A NICE GESTURE.

P.S. HEY JEREMY, I HAVE A CUE HERE, AND I HEAR IT CALLING OUT FOR YOU.
 
I met Jeremy in person this week, handed him almost $10,000 in cash, shot some pool, went home with two great cues, deal done. Jeremy is a straight up guy, I have no problems saying that I trust him as much as I do anyone on the forum.

unfortunately the feedback was left after a couple of weeks where some of my PM's/posts went unanswered...good idea on posting another feedback for him.

If you read the whole post and the PM's,
you'll see just how the miscommunication came to and what was entailed.

I did point out to J how it seemed strange that he had all this positive feedback but seemingly chose to go down another road on this deal...
which was not the case after all.

After all this, I can honestly say that I believe that J is a trustworthy guy and that I would definitely buy from him again...without all the excess baggage.
 
Post a positive Itrader updated retraction !
Folks reading his Itrader will get the drift !!
 
I'm pretty sure that if you contact the site admin they can change/delete itrader feedback.

Thanks Marcus and Doug...I appreciate your comments...you both are great guys as well.

I thought I sent Steve a PM from my blackberry phone and never bothered to check to see if he got if or not...I just thought he decided to keep the cue...well that was not the case and he thought I left him hanging. I don't like getting negative feedback but I think most AZ'ers can see what happened.

Steve and I are cool now and everything is good.
