I bought this cue here on AZ a few years ago.. It was listed as a Billy Webb conversion at that time and as far as I know that is accurate.. The cue is not marked but was made with a very high standard of quality and workmanship.. No nicks, bumps, bruises, scratches, etc on this beauty.. Pin is 3/8-10..Joint is Ivory..Ferrules are Ivory..Ivory Hoppe ring.. Wrap is a very fine linen that looks and feels like Cortland.. Cue is outstanding in every way.. Specs are:
Butt~ 15.8oz
Shaft #1~ 3.9oz/ 13mm .Ivory ferrule
Shaft #2~ 3.5oz/ 12.65mm. Ivory ferrule

The first 2 pictures are from the original post when I bought it..

SOLD PENDING PAYMENT

The first pic shows some damage to the bottom of the cue. Was the cue refinished then? If so, by whom?

The cue has not been refinished as far as I know..It is the same as when I got it.. I will check for a weight bolt when I get home and post the results..

Can you clarify your statement then? You claimed, and I quote:

No nicks, bumps, bruises, scratches, etc on this beauty..

Yet there is obviously some damage in the first picture. Can you post a more recent picture of the butt/bumper then?

There is no damage on the cue itself..The cue looks just like it does in the picture.. If I were trying to hide something there wouldn't be a picture of it.. To clarify for you..There is some damage on the lower butt as shown in the picture..Very sorry for the confusion..
