make your offers right here in this thread for this Sugartree.it sold here for $1000 a month or 2 ago.i took it in on trade.the cue is 19.6oz with a 3.9oz shaft.the shaft is very high quality with 20 rpi and straight grain, and both the shaft and butt are straight.the ferrule is LBM and 13.1mm and the tip appears to be a LePro.the cue plays great and plays like all the Sugartrees i have owned.there is absolutely nothing wrong with this cue.the forearm is long and is a highly figured piece of Birdseye maple and the butt sleeve is Curly Bubinga.this cue is a solid hitter and dead straight, and with all cues i sell if you feel it isn't as described i will give a full refund.there are 2 small sugar spots on the shaft that in no way affect the performance, and the cue has a couple small dings, but nothing through the finish.it is an easy 95%.the cue has plain phenolic collars at the joint and butt, but has a very nice triple ring pack in the cue.this cue looks very nice in person.i know it looks a little unorthodox in the photos, but it looks great in person.

i am going to sell this cue to the highest offer posted in this thread on Staurday at Noon.i really need the cash so i am letting it go for whatever it brings.i feel it is worth $1000 easy considering what the others have been bringing here, but i don't have time to wait.

let the bidding begin.

I owned this cue at one time and agree that it is an awesome player. You won't be disappointed in this cue. Best of luck, I think this is a great way to sell a cue.

thanks.i am not sure why people are scared of this one,but i have owned 5 Sugartrees over the last few years and this one and a Goncalo sneaky are the best 2 playing ones i have had.they are very close to each other in hit and playability.

just to let everyone know,i am going to use the time stamp on AZbilliards on my computer which is Central time.so Noon Central on Saturday.

Sweet cue

Great price. I was going to bid $650 but then thought og the price is right and the price is definately right. The next bid should be more than $.01 higher.

good idea.i actually thought about making a $10 increment the minimumn, but didn't want to change the format.i would hate to see someone out bid at the last second by $.01.i guess i will leave it alone since it is already going, but please no ruthless "price is right" style bidding.

Mason, I do not think that by enforcing a minimum increment policy that you're actually changing the format or the rules. Every auction has them. I would suggest a $10 or even $25.00 minimum increment, just to avoid the silliness.

Good luck with the sale. Folks, Mason is one of the good guys here!!

thanks,i agree and will keep it small just so everyone knows i am not trying to capitalize on it.i will make the increments $10 minimum so someone seriously trying to buy the cue doesn't get out bid by $.01 at the last second.

I hope this doesn't set off a lot of calls for a "For Sale to the Highest Bidder" subsection.

Seriously though, bump for a cool way to sell a cue. Good luck!

the grass is extra.

i don't see how any bad could come from this.if i were buying cues this is the type of sale i would want to find.there is a real possiblity that someone will pick up a $1000 cue for $600-$700 here in this thread.i know some would do it and the back out,but i assure everyone that this cue is selling to the highest offer posted in this thread.

High Demand

I feel if there is a high demand then go for it:thumbup:

At least this way if some one really wants the cue they have a chance, even though they may not chack AZ every day

Green for you
