I'm a retired building inspector and once inspected a Tex-Mex restaurant and talking to the superintendent I remarked about the decorative brickwork looking so funky and he laughed and said he had hell getting it done that way. He said he finally cut masons strings and took their levels so they would get the message
Where is that? Is it real? That would be a horrible place to live with the vibrations and sound.
