Believe it or not there used to be a bar in San Mateo Ca, that had something very similar to this. Was a social club that catered to European immigrants of the early 20th century. Instead of the urinals, there was trough with running water that ran along the base of the floor near the bottom of the bar stools. The social club has since remodeled and the trough removed but the bar is still there. True story
