I don´t generally like prank videos but this guy makes good ones. Only harm done is for big egos...
Sorta reminds me of a weak moment my first (and best) trainer had.

At one time, he was 225-240 and huge for his frame. When I knew him, he was about 165-170 and very fit, very little body fat. He had finished a Masters and lectured overseas.

We were working out, as usual, and he was kicking my ass. There was a loud group of folks we had not seen before. They were doing leg stuff and challenging and bragging. My trainer got distracted.

He apologized to me and said he could not stand people like that. They were gathered around the machine where you lay on your back with your feet in the air and do leg presses.

He walked over and asked if he could grab a quick set. Remember, smaller frame and maybe 170 pounds. They agreed, and he added weight to their setup. He knocked out a quick 15 at 600 pounds, got up and thanked them for using their machine.

Got quiet after that.

I’m 5’5”. Around 1994-1995, age 40, 148lbs, I got seriously into weight training and fitness. I got down to 11% body fat. I used to do leg press sets of 360x12, 450x10, 540x8, 630x6, 450x12.

Every so often I’d do the middle 6 rep set @720.

Upper body, never got over 180 bench because I injured left shoulder and never pushed it thereafter.

Now at 67, if I’m going to the gym regularly, I can do leg press 540x6 at the end of 4 sets. But not be able to go down stairs the next day lol.

I was at a friend's house. Roger was a preacher and one of his members was visiting. I got to talking to the visitor. I'm six-two, he was a solid six inches taller and a big ol' raw boned country boy. He told me kinda out of the blue that his dad was a logger when he was coming up and he would handload five and a half cords of pulpwood on the truck every day alone and by hand and think nothing of it! I looked him dead in the eye. "I wouldn't think much of it either!" I let him chew on that awhile.(grin)

Craziest thing I ever saw at a gym was this guy named Charlie. Humongous. I watched him leg press 1400 lbs. insane.
