If the truck did tip over, it would have completely flipped over due to the outrigger. There is no way the truck would flip over half-way and then slide on the outrigger into the water.

The branches in the foreground don't seem consistently there. Based upon the different perspectives, it looks like they were removed.

It is funny how the orange cone moves around and then disappears (although not proof of PS). The yellow container on the post also disappears.

I did not notice any of this until someone said it must have been PS. Very observant.

The guy in the white on the right hand side is in exactly the same position, pose, everything in both pictures. Its been altered for sure.
