I've been studying Tommy's style for years, although I gave up trying to play like him long ago. Without a doubt the greatest guitarist ever (along with Chet, SRV and Jerry Reed).

I don't wear any jewelery beyond a sterling HD ring on occasion.
You probably would be shocked to see how much the Harley rings go for.
$165 is reasonable for something unique as this one but being a non jewelery
person like myself, I probably wouldn't buy it either. I was just interested in where it can be purchased.
If it were cheaper, I might consider. My wife on the other hand is a mental case for sterling rings. No finger goes uncovered. Even wide thumb rings.
I won't wear a wedding band either but at some point will opt for a tattoo of a Celtic Cross or the never ending band on my ring finger.
