The Jump Master will hold onto you until you pull or throw your pilot chute out.

Then yer on your own.

Truthfully Jaden, there are not a lot of people that could be trusted to pull their own on their first jump.

But when the weather conditions are proper, I know of guys that did all their jumps and
also their first solo all on one day.

That greatly depends on how many people have the small plane booked.

I would like to get back into it again but after these many years, I would start from square one.

I seem to pour all my money into my boat and don't know if I can even afford a used rig. Pretty pricey these days.

AFF level one is with a jump master on either side of you and they'll pull your cord or pilot chute (whatever the case may be) for you if you fail to or aren't altitude aware.


I had a line over and had to cut away on my second jump ever. I told people for years that it was my third jump, but after reviewing my log, it was my second then I immediately got up and did my third...

It's ok if you don't get it at first...took me a second as well. My excuse is it is 830 in the morning.

We've always heard that two wrongs don't make a right, so the question becomes how many wongs does it then take to get to a wright???

That picture answers the questions, it takes 5 wongs to get a wright...
