I don't know, the clarity and frame rate combined with the bright glow from the cigarettes leads me to believe it's a relatively new security camera with IR sensors.
Also, the rise of MMA's popularity leads noobs to believe that leg kicks are effective in a street fight.
The guy's definitely got some power in those haymakers!

Watch how he keeps his head up and watch the footwork. That wasn't his first Rodeo. And if you watch the longer version, looks like he has big ole pimp fists. I'd say the second guy had just enough martial arts training to get his ass kicked. If he'd had more training, he'd been smart enough to back up and stay away from that guy.
His first punch.
He led with his left foot and gave him a left cross. The power came from his right foot behind. I know its fast but watch it about 20 times and you will see what he does.
The second guy, he didn't have time to set himself or his foot work up. His left foot was still leading, but he gave him a right cross.
It spun him around and he had to catch his balance with his left foot.
He is a one hit wonder. I wouldn't want him to tag me.
I had an older guy that drove my Taxi part time. He was a one hit wonder as well. If you ripped him off for a fare, he waited until the person got out of the car and Joe would meet him on the passenger side.

He twists his hips and is ACCURATE... It's like Shane's break, you get a better break if you hit the one square or exactly where you want.
He hit both guys from an angle right on their chin, shake, shake, shake shake senora, shake your head up fine, and down you go mother #$#$ker...

On watching the second hit more closely, you can see him pivot, twist, land on his right foot and then go back to his left foot.
It was effective but not as clean as the first punch.
If your left foot is leading, try a right cross, not as powerful or it will take you off balance.
