some toilets have a hard scum that is mechanically removed.

if you see scratches at the bottom of a toilet that is my work.

No i have a special key that unlocks the toilet and paper towel holder.

sometimes people overestimate how much toilet paper is left. the complaints have been an issue.

then there are people that dont check if toilet paper is there they just use it and thats when things get hectic

That is lime build up from the water. If that main ejection hole gets blocked up bad enough the commode will not flush right... there is also a series of smaller holes on the underside of the rim... But that big one is the most important. Many people think their commode is clogged when that big hole gets blocked, that is how bad it affects the flush. If you commode is sluggishly flushing you can test to see if it's lime build up by quickly dumping a bucket of water in the bowl... if you goes down fast then the build up is the issue. Old wire hanger or small screw driver is the easiest way to clean them but sometimes it can be a real pain in the ass as that can get rock hard... (heh... that could be an anal joke at the end...

As a bathroom monitor that takes pride in your work, consider using something other than a four piece screwdriver when chipping out the shitters.
