at 1 inch or thinner and one solid piece, not something you really need/wanna stress test.If the slate breaks from a 110lb girl, there were other problems. I think I read an old Brunswick spec that allowed only 0.050" of deflection under a 250lb load in the center of the table.
I SO want to do that.
And of course it has to break down on top of a mud puddle.A VERY expensive "Holy Frick" moment. No one hurt. This belongs to another ag service near me. The welds that hold the front struts broke and collapsed going down the road. The scary part is the AG service I work for has an identical model and year machine. Not a pretty sight to those that made the near half a million dollar investment!
