OK, this is a head scratcher. I assume someone added a diagonal line to a 'no smoking' icon. But where is this? I see a yellow road stripe, drains and armco. But what is with the big barrels and posts and the handrail in the foreground?
Initially amused, but now I'm fixated on figuring it out.

Looks like it's at an elevated train stop.

The barrel is the base for the canopy. The yellow line is the edge of the platform.
