At the strip coal mine I worked at one of the haul truck drivers lit a fire cracker out in the parking lot out in front of the main office , they reviewed the security camera to see who it was and he was fired shortly afterwards !

I totally agree with you Nevada P MSHA rules are much stricker than OSHA rules MSHA rules are all written in blood because someone was seriously injured or killed , also if you caught anyone without a hard hat and or safety vest out on the parking line or anywhere near the pit you got to collect $ 50.00 from them for the first offense $ 100.00 for the 2nd offense and $ 200.00 for the 3rd and that person was fired and removed by security from the mine property !
