You seem to have a vendetta against the Spot. You made your point about smoking! You are fairly relentless about dragging down Pete's room because it allows smoking! We get it...get over it and quit, for what ever alterior motive you have to drag down his business!

I don't smoke and am just old enough to remember the amazingly strong smoke smell of my clothes I wore the previous night at the pool hall before smoking laws came into place. I am sure I took a health hit from it.

but...

If a person who owns a private business wants to allow smoking in their property they pay a lease for and or bought with their cold hard cash that should be their business, not the governments or the law.

There can be a requirement that they put a clear warning sign at the entrance that the establishment allows smoking on the premesis and then it is up to the customer to decide whether they want to enter or leave.

People who "DO" smoke and want a place where they can have a smoke and shoot some pool should have places that is possible without whiney princesses trying to tell others how they should live.

You don't like the smoke? great, no one is forcing you to go there.

And, yes you did try to influence them into changing their policy and yes you did make derogatory comments about Fusco's and yes you did backtrack in your last few posts to try and make yourself look like the innocent little mouse! I don't thin anybody here, even the other non smokers, feel sorry for you because you have to drive all the way across town to Drexaline instead of a few blocks to Fusco's! Since when do Americans think other Americans have to conform to their ideals? Why do people like you think you are entitled to "have it your way" and think it's OK to infringe on my rights because, in your opinion, I'm wrong? People like you make me sick! I always try to be respectful of non smokers even though they are in a smoker friendly environment, but in your case I would make sure you spent your time in a thick cloud until it drove you out the door! ALL YOU GOTTA DO IS STAY OUT OF POOLROOMS WHERE SMOKING IS ALLOWED AND YOU WONT HAVE TO ENDURE THE "NASTY" SMELL ANYMORE!!!!!
