And if anyone wants to hear some to the positive stories about Roy then feel free to PM me.

If the billiard industry had another 100 dealers in it that were as committed to the business as Roy Malott is then no one would be complaining about the state of the industry.

Roy does a LOT of good positive things behind the scenes that go WAY above and beyond the norm. And when gets behind a brand then he is all-in. He doesn't do the "let me try a few to see how they go" type of nonsense. He jumps in both feet first and gets busy. He stocks deep and high and works hard to make sales.

He can be gruff with some people but he has a heart of gold. He is not an ass-kisser, doesn't flatter people just to get sales and is hard-nosed about the products he carries. But once you are his friend then you have no better friend.

I am glad to know him, glad to be his supplier, and glad to be his friend.

Agreed. If you think he is a genuine guy and treats his "valued customers" good, i can send you some emails. I thought my step dad was bi-polar..

The Pirate cases are a line that we made for a local trade agent last year. We made 8 extra cases and Roy purchased them. They are very nice cases but the interior is not as padded as we normally do. This was on the request of the buyer.

The website is still in some stages of construction. This is the first time in 18 years that Roy has let any outside company work on his website and it's not going as smoothly as promised. (what ever does?)

Luckily for all those who insist on crapping all over any mention of Roy on this forum there are plenty of other folks to deal with and luckily for the plenty of folks who have great business with Roy that means less people in front of them.
