I know gambling rules vary greatly depending on whatever rules are agreed upon but what are the typical rules for this scenario:
One player is getting a ball spot in 9-ball. The ball is wild except it doesn't count on the break. It's rack your own.
1. If the wild ball is made on the break does it spot up?
2. Does the answer to #1 above change depending on who is breaking?
3. Is the racking position of the spotted ball predetermined? If yes, is it the same position for both players? (i.e. Can the better player rack the wild ball on the wing?)
4. Does the wild ball spot up if it's intentionally made during a push-out shot after the break?
