G'Day all.

First post on the forum. :) (Be kind....:embarrassed2:)

My name is Dave, in case you haven't guessed from my username.

I couldn't find a spot where newbs introduce themselves, so here seemed as good as any.

I've visited (lurked) on the forum from time to time over the years (Mostly when it came up on a Google search) but never really spent that much time here. Joined up officially the other day, so thought why not post.

I enjoy shooting pool, mostly 8 ball and 9 ball, although have shot some snooker and a few other games.

I look forward to rummaging around in the bowels of the forum, and probably bumping up a few old threads that should have stayed buried, and all those things Noobs do. :p

Noobs don't really introduce themselves on AZB. They just spring fully formed from the mind of Al Gore. :)

I mostly play pool in my back room these days. Not really interested in the tournament scene any more, just way to busy with other things. I did make it to Vegas to play in the VNEA for 3 years, back in the late 90's, early 00's though. Good times.

I once played a bit of one pocket with an eccentric American visitor in my garage going back a few years....but that is a long story for another day.
