I appreciate what you offered and I can tell you that I was in a different state of mind immediately after. I had some comments from some that I looked to be in a zone. My adrenaline never rose like that before. I should be unparallel to what I was before that little bit of information......Thanks...

Are you talking about Gene Albrecht of Perfect Aim fame?

If they only knew..............

Thanks for the great little testimonial here.

Everyone on the planet needs to know Perfect Aim. I keep saying it and showing it over and over with the same great results.

Some players like yourself can take it to a level that they never thought possible while others are just happy beating their buddy.

You will get out of it what you put into it but you can already see now that the sky is the limit.

Thanks again my friend and good luck.................

Just making a difference one player at a time..............................with information that is priceless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have one question to ask.

Could you really put a price on the Perfect Aim lesson...................

Hi there Joey,
I enjoyed running you through the Phone lesson last night. Hope it's working well for you.

Thanks again Geno...........

Geno,
I have my bad days and I have my good days with pool. I don't know how many people have taken your FREE PHONE LESSON but in another thread I saw a lot of positive responses.

As you know I already play fairly well. After taking your phone lesson, I can see how the structure of what you teach can help a lot of people. Sometimes, we learn things by trial and error. It appears that intuitively, I know some of the things that you teach because I try to do some of those things but don't always, probably because no one taught me them. By having the phone lesson, you have reinforced what I already intuitively know but in addition, you also stressed some things that I did not know and don't always practice.

It is quite obvious to me that if you teach these things to beginning and intermediate players, they will quickly see how this can postively impact their game.

I like your new way of teaching PERFECT AIM and will be consciously trying to make it part of my subconscious game.

We almost lost you to the motor home and I'm glad you survived with just a few broken ribs, bumps, bruises and some internal bleeding. Those who make the phone call for your free phone lesson should pay close attention to your lesson. It is not easy to communicate the fine art of aiming over the telephone but your new way of doing it makes sense and it is effective.

Best regards,

Damn, there is brown nosing, but you take it to a new level.

If you haven't taken the phone lesson, STFU!

Go sing your dirges somewhere else.

Strong language there and you did suck up. :)
However, I had the pleasure of talking with Geno and he is a super nice guy.
He believes in what he teaches, and what he says makes perfect sense.
Like you I think we all sort of end up in the right spot subconsciously but knowing it on conscious level is of great benefit.
If you know it you can fix it.

Having said all that.
I think that when learning the game, stroke comes first and aiming comes later.
In other words perfect setup leads to perfect stroke, perfect aim comes later.
In execution the order would be perfect aim, perfect setup, perfect stroke.

Best wishes to Geno.

Now, I’m turning into JoeyA. :)

I don't need no stinky lessons about where to put my eyes.

How they hell can you take phone lessons about making shots. If you can not see what someone is doing AT THE TABLE, you can not help them.

This is my biggest problem with online instruction. You can not tell some one what they are doing wrong until you see what they are doing wrong.

Oh, and what about when you can not get in the SOP shot, as described by Scott Lee. When you can not get your eye over the cue?

I can post all kinds of shots that poke holes in all this theory stuff. Why can I do this? Because I spend time at the table and not time talking about it.

So go **** yourself.

Duckie,
Stop being such a HATER. Are you so blinded that you couldn't read the glowing reports from DOZENS of AZB posters on Gene's FREE PHONE LESSONS?

Thread moved from the review section. This thread is not a review. Plus, we already have a thread for Gene's Perfect Aim in the Instructional materials section.

You're my new hero (besides Lou F). However, I love the snake oil salesmen and their minions. The forum would be boring without them. Dissenting voices and all.

From what I've gathered about Perfect Aim, it has to do with subconscious aiming. Am I right? If so, it's nothing new, I've been doing it for 30 years at least.

If Perfect Aim is about anything else I'll butt out and enjoy the show.

I have a dog in this fight but I'm a peace loving man now.

Uncalled for is all I can say.

while Joey A was in battle tonight

I was in school on the phone with a headset taking a lesson from Geno.I have to say it shed alot of light on why I tend to over cut the ball when cuting to the left .Made some really good notes and hope to be working this into my preshot practice this week.We are all so lucky here on AZb to have people willing to give of thier time and knowledge .I can't say enough good things about this way of aiming.Thank you Geno !!

I really would like to know why you cannot say anything good about people on AZB,

Without getting talked about bad? I am not looking for an argument or anything like that! At least not right now. Everyone can say whatever they want to say and I do not have a problem with it. And I will never call anyone out of their name for what they say! Can we not live and let live in peace?
If you say something good about a person, why would I call you a name for you saying what you want to say?
I am having enough trouble already with my own problems. I am not looking to upset anyone either. I just wonder WHY?

Lock N Load.

Hal Houle did phone lessons !!!!!!!!

And I'm sur there are enough people who remember willie Hoppe!!!! If you can't see pool in your mind all day long anytime or anywhere- Pool isn't your thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously you need to get some class. If you haven't taken a phone lesson you should probably keep your mouth shut because you clearly will not know what you are talking about. (seeing as the topic is the phone lesson)

And if you haven't taken a phone lesson you probably should, because even if it doesn't help you at all, only a fool turns down something FREE that can help them. And, if you do take a phone lesson and it doesn't help then you can say whatever you want about it, and you would even be credible.
