the only ones that do it where i play are hispanic. all i can go by is what I see. none of them can play, they never check their 'six' so they're always bumping into you, shooting 'scoop jumps' you name it. If a group of asian/islamic/hindu/rastafarian/what the fk ever come in and do the same shit i'll be sure to update you. I've been thinkin' about wearing an 'ICE' shirt one day but i'm afraid i'd cost the joint too much business. ;)

Lol this is ridiculous, this problem is not specific to any particular group.

It's just people who don't know anything about pool edict.

As pool players it's our job to inform them in a nice way. At least I believe that.

Also the level of unconsciousness exist in good players too. I.e. cell phones.

I fully understand any group can do this shit but where 'I' play its always groups of hispanic dudes. If a group of transvestite midget porn stars come in and do the same shit i'll be sure to update. Hopefully with video. ;)

Sure, why does it always have to be the porn stars?? When is porn star awareness month anyways? Porn stars just don't get any respect, they are people too you know just like you and me. ;)

There's loads of middle eastern and Indian immigrants in MN and I see them ah the fine in the pool hall. Rambunctious, but generally very polite.
It's the dude bros and crotchety old guys that have only played in bars I need to watch out for. They're the ones that loiter between the tables or will nearly run into you...

Totally understand this take but just wanna add a little perspective by saying that "fun" looks very different from person to person.

You'd probably think I was one of those super serious guys in the poolroom, and you wouldn't be wrong, but no matter how I appear on the outside I assure you I'm having a great time if I'm competing :)
 
Template racks.

It has killed 9 ball at my pool hall. I smash the rack and there are players that think I should break 9b like a One Pocket break. When they break they are obviously making the wing balls and all the balls due to the lighter break. So now we are playing 6 or 7 balls on the table. Easy run out. It gets quite boring even when I decide to break softly.

I find the game more enjoyable when its racked with a triangle.

Pool is just a Bush League Sport, as it was stated in Willie Moscone's Auto biography, Willie's Game.. Pool was never as big as in Willie's Birth years 1913, over 110 years ago. Too bad Pro Pool Player as a group are grossly underpaid sport figures. Most should have taken up Golf,Baseball Tennis or? Good weekend payday on PGAtour is Million of Dollars, not pocket change.
