Jim, yours def looks better than the AO. I like the dense wood up front as it cures the traditional butt heavy feel with the maple nose fullsplices. I'm sure thats why you chose the G10 as to make it not too forward balanced. Nice build!:thumbup:
Also...not that you need my advice...but next time rub the G10 pin down with a little petroleum jelly before the pics. Adds a nice deep black finish to the G10 and takes away that cloudy white haze they develop.
