Now would be a decent time to order. He's just finishing a batch of cues so he's probably not that far away from starting his next batch. What do you have in mind?

I'm torn between two cues
1) 12A, Ivory joint, Leather wrap,Upgraded joint/shaft rings to match the existing rings, white butt cap

2) 17B, Ivory joint, Leather wrap

kvinbrwr...I just saw your posting for the Gina on Ebay...good lord that's a pretty piece of lumber. If I had a spare $2500 laying around I'd be in that auction for sure.

Starting out an auction for a cue of that quality for $9.95 with no reserve and having it at $2225 now with 3 days left speaks volumes not only to the value of the cue, but your confidence in that fact.

Just wanted to give you some extra added exposure to your sale and give props where they are due.

I'm afraid $2500 wouldn't keep you in that auction much longer. I'm an auctioneer, my confidence is in the process. I sold a Gus Szam Cue on eBay (to an AZ member of course) in the same format for $55,100. That was fun.

It is so. The batch is so large that they will be coming out in stages rather than all at once, but he's way close to finished, everything is assembled, fit, inlaid, ringed, stained, ferrules cut. Soon soon.

Its good to get the info straight from the horse's mouth. Ernie's number is 818 509 9454. Ernie makes every part of his cues himself, no assistants doing anything, including answering the phone, so please be respectful of his time.
